Hey!!! Honestly I have had a weight issue for years. My weight has always went up and down base on my way of life. Sometimes I feel like I am just to busy to included exercise into my daily routine. As far as my eating habits I know I could use some help because of my busy schedule I just like to grab and go. How would include a great quick exercise routine in my life on a daily base.

Hello, I trying to find out the best way to include great diet into my life as well as my kids.. How would I do that and still be able to incorporate things they still like to eat?

Hi Chris, if you have an email address please send it to me so I can give you a few tips on your concerns. I would like to know what your eating habits are(what you eat). I understand your busy schedule, however, you MUST take care of yourself in order to continue your busy schedule!!! Your body is your temple and it depends on YOU to take care of it. So take some time out for yourself and do what's best for you. Those things that's got you running will still be there. The question is, will YOU still be around to continue it???? STOP AND TAKE ACTION CHRIS!!! Your health is much more important than what you are chooing over it. Look at it this way, if you left you would surely be replaced!!! Take care of yourself!!!!!!

Hi Connie, lets try this, start putting out bowls of fruits for you and the children to snack on inbetween meals. You can still enjoy other foods you like to eat, BUT, try not to make it an everyday thing. And eat it in small portions. It's not(always)what you eat it's HOW MUCH you eat. If you can, cut way down on the sugar intake. You can slso give the kids drinks such as "splash". It has a good source of veg. and vitamin C. Fruits will bring a big change to your life. Try this plan and let me know how things are coming along. I want to send you a recipe(if you would like to try it).

Hi Chelle,

I think what you are doing is a very good way of giving back to society. There are so many people who eat on the run. Some of them never take time to sit down at the table in their own homes and enjoy a meal. There are so many food that can be eaten during the day that are not processed. It is the things being used to preserve foods that are causing so much obesity or overweight today. Exerise is very important and it does not have to be done in a gym. There are so many exercises that can be done in the home in front of the TV if that is where people want to be. These exercises can be done sitting in a chair for 10 or 15 minutes a day and are very effective is done on a regular basis. Keep trying to build your clientel because I'm sure this will take off for you if you don't become frustrated. Remember that if you have prayed about this and got the OK from God, it is ALL good. God's time is not our time. This might be His way of testing your patience. People are tempermental and ify but God won't grant us Increase if we can't deal with the little that is coming our way now. Continue to be patient and do whatever you think will help build the business. Check with God first and your business will grow. You have already stepped out on Faith now you must hold on to that Faith and let God have His way through you.
